| I highly recommend Morgan to anyone who wants a quality inspection. I had a one year follow up inspection done before my warranty was up. My builder stated how helpful his report was, especially because he will list the city code that is deficient, not just an opinion. |

| Morgan is the epitome of what an honest building inspector should be. Punctual, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and an advocate for his clients. I spent 5 hours with him recently as he inspected my new construction home. He has encyclopedic knowledge of building codes and ordinances and holds builders accountable. Everything he does is predicated on safety and protecting his client's interests. Extraordinarily thorough he even tested the microwave for leakage. He used two thermometers to test the oven's heating accuracy. He checked every outlet, vent, door, switch and gas appliance using state of the art equipment. He pointed out best practices and ways to maintain the home. You can't find a better expert in El Paso or Las Cruces to inspect and evaluate a house before closing. A true gentleman! |

| The Ace Inspector (Morgan) was extremely thorough in every aspect of the home inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable of his profession. Please check out his website. He was early to the home inspection appointment. Morgan did not hurry during any point of my home inspection. He explained every step of the home inspection to the prospective buyer. He encourages the buyer to be at the home inspection. Morgan explainins code requirements, teaching you on certain things of the home you may not know of, and explains each thing that he inspects. I have had two other home inspections completed in two other states and Morgan by far is the BEST. Worth every dollar of the cost of the inspection!! |

| It has been such an exciting home buying process for my husband and me. Morgan was very thorough with his inspections and explanations on our new build. We do not live in El Paso at the moment and he has given us such peace of mind with our home inspection. From the initial phone call to completion of our home inspection, Mr. Benson was professional, genuine, and very informative. He is a man of integrity and I can tell that he has great pride in his work. He has a pleathora of experience and completes his inspections according to building codes of TX. I wish that we would've been able to complete the walk through with him because I know that it would've been extremely educational and eye opening. We didn't have the opportunity to do so due to circumstances, however, if you have the opportunity walk with Mr. Morgan, I would definitely take advantage of it. After his inspection he immediately called me to go over some of the important findings with me. In addition, he completed his report and reviewed each of his findings with me, and sent it over before COB. From his report I can tell that he is extremely observant and meticulous. As a result keeps the builders accountable for their work, and gives buyers ease of mind that their home is up to par. I could not be happier that we hired Mr. Benson for our home inspection. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is needing a professional inspection of their homes. |

| We have been going through the somewhat stressful process of building a new home and Morgan from Ace Inspectors has been phenomenal. He has made two of the items we needed done stress free. He performed our mid-build inspection and our final inspection. Both times he showed up early and spent some time alone walking the property and getting to know the house. When we arrived he went through the whole inspection with us explaining everything in detail as he went along. There wasn't a moment where we didn't feel informed and confident in our decisions going forward, especially with his suggestions added in. The report is delivered the same day and is just as detailed as his in person inspection (if you pay for the package that includes the report, which I recommend doing.) Because of Morgan, I feel confident that moving into my new home is going to be a safe and enjoyable experience because I know I have nothing to worry about now. If you need any sort of inspection, whether it's for a new build or for buying a home that's already built, I recommend Ace Inspectors over any other. |

| As a first time home buyer I had a short suspense in finding a home inspector. I came across ACE Inspectors website and read thru the reviews. That same day I decided to call after contacting another inspector who never returned my call. Mr. Benson quickly responded to my email and was able to schedule my inspection two days later. I really appreciate the time Mr. Benson took to explain the deficiencies found as well as future recommendations on maintaining my home. The detailed report was great and provided pictures of the deficiencies as well as the codes. I will definitely be contacting Mr. Benson for my homes first year inspection. | I highly recommend ACE inspectors for any home inspection. I needed a one year warranty inspection and Mr. Benson found things that our first inspection missed (major items!). Not only did he take his time and thoroughly examined everything, but he explained why the items were deficiencies and what I could do in the future to look for them. | First time home buyer. By far one of the best services that I have ever received, of any kind. Was the only inspector that took the time to call me back and answer questions even before I had contracted him. It quickly became apparent that Mr. Benson is a highly detailed engineer that is well over qualified to conduct home inspections. The amount of detail work he puts into his reports and inspection are untouchable and unmatchable by any other inspectors in our area. He also gave me great advice on how to care for my home in the future and what to look out for based off of his experience and knowledge.
